Basic rental cost = Daily Rental Price x Amount
Logistics charge is priced as below.
Hong Kong Island $280
New Territories (Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Sai Kung) $250
New Territories (Tai Po, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, North District) $280
(The rate is for one round-trip only. If additional delivery service is needed, rate will be adjusted.)
Tableware rental is for 24 hours. 30% of the basic rental cost will be charged for additional 24 hours rental. Tableware return has to be arranged within 24 hours after using.
Minimum rental cost is $2000 (logistics and other additional cost are excluded).
Please place your order and confirm 10 days before event date. 50% deposit has to be made as confirmation.
Payment/remaining amount has to be made on the event date.
If client cancels any confirmed order, 20% of the total payment will be charged as admin fee; for cancellation within 3 days before delivery date, 50% payment is required.

Logistics charge includes round-trip journeys. Parking fee and loading extra charges are not included. The fees incurred will be reimbursed from clients.
Service hour is 1000-2200 every day. Extra charge may be incurred for logistics outside this period.
Logistics service covers only area that is accessible by trolley from the parking point. (Area/buildings without lift or where can only be accessed through staircases are not included)
Extra cost is incurred for remote area (Tung Chung, Park Island, Discovery Bay, etc). Please enquire us for details.
Basic price does not include tableware setting.
We will deliver to the appointed location at the appointed time as specified in order confirmation. The cutlery will be contained in plastic containers and ready for use. Empty containers and signages will be provided as well.
Customers do not have to wash the tableware, but please remove residue on the tableware and place them back in the plastic containers before collection time.
We will return to the event site to collect the used cutlery.
If there is any loss/damage of the items, damage compensation price will be charged. Please refer to individual quotation.
